Now you can integrate your preferred Voice Over IP engine with UCAP's telephony interface to seamlessly use VOIP and or other telephone systems in UCAP's CRM environment. Supported VOIP systems include Engin, Skype, Firefly. (UCAP will also support any other VOIP system that can be called from the Windows command line)
