Our TeleVantage support was an industry first five years ago, so VOIP systems now just "fall" into UCAP. UCAP's VOIP module should support about 95% of all available VOIP products - NOW!"

This means that UCAP users who have been able to import all their multifarious databases into one cohesive shared resource (from dBase, Excel spreadsheets, their Outlook and Windows Address Books) can now use the benefit of VOIP to call those persons either for FREE or for 10% of the traditional Telephone Carriers charges.

In the same way that we have seen eMails supplant the postal system for delivering letters, so VOIP will revolutionise the telephone charging system world wide. Phone calls will be no more expensive now than eMails!

Of course we still need a way to manage all various contact mediums from Fax, Telephone, VOIP, eMail ... This is where UCAP comes to the rescue. Just as your letter box cannot be used as a filing cabinet, MSOutlook cannot perform all of the tasks of a Customer Relationship Management Tool.
