15 December 2004	The NEW UCAP version 4.0.0.138 NOW AVAILABLE! Version 4 has been available to licenced users since May 2004. We have received extensive feedback and again have continued to improved this version over the past four months. If you have been using the free UCAP version - now is the time to consider purchasing new licences and obtaining our privileged support services. Please read the following if you have been using UCAP version 3.x The free of charge UCAP single user versions have a 12 month time stamp limitation applied to them. This time restriction ensures that all UCAP users are kept up to data with any structural changes and get the newest and best features are they become available. The free of charge UCAP version 3.x is about to expire. You may download and use UCAP version 4 for no charge. All you need to do is to download the newest "UCAP.exe" from www.UCAP.biz. Note - you do not need to download the full installation, just the UCAP.exe, then replace your existing "C:\Program Files\UCAP\UCAP\UCAP.exe" with the newer version.

22 November 2003	New UCAP version 3.0.2.101 released today with lots more new features such as eMail mass-Merging of HTML based documents. HTML integration for your Mail Merge eMails now enables you to Personalise all eMail blasts with record based individual data. Minimise any accusations of spamming by including names and other relevant information with your bulk eMail correspondence. We have also included a fix for an horrendous Windows ME and XP anomaly (uncontrollable autosaves) With these new features, the version number has incremented to 3.0.2.101 UCAP downloads are up again over last month.
1 November 2003	v122 released with lots of new features you asked for! All documentation enhanced. Added support for all 400+ countries, territories and Country Aliases in the Country table. This will let you "reverse lookup" from an eMail or web address to a Country name. (Great to help identify and control bogus registration details for data being input from your web site directly into UCAP). The UCAP Web Transaction support (tracks all user activity on your website) has been greatly enhanced. Note: UCAP has been extended to suit a large company - tracking and logging all Door Access and other remote controlled devices - with all information being saved into the History list. 15 October 2003	v121 released. Crystal Reports 9.2 support now provided. The new UCAP installation program will install Crystal reports 9.2 runtime files sufficient to run internal reports. This Crystal version may co-exist with other (older) versions of Crystal Reports. <see also> More Video Tours show you how to use UCAP. We are having a record number of downloads this month, up 500% over last month. Many of our new visitors have been referred by their friends to the UCAP site - Thank You!
15 September 2003	v117 released. Updated versions for all software and help files. Installations for Unions and the Aviation industries have been enhanced. Full text search now over the entire prospects module. Crystal Reports 9 support now entering final beta testing.
18 August 2003	Updated versions of all software, help files and executables have been uploaded to the download area. The UCAP exe is now up to subversion 115. Work has begun on a full featured & integrated Projects Module. The "Unsubscribe eMail Robot" is complete.
22 July 2003	Work has begun on on providing and supporting Crystal Reports version 9.2.2 in UCAP so that the Crystal Runtime will not interfere with other Crystal Installations (not possible until version 9). The inbuilt Crystal Reports 9 support provides end users with greatly enhanced reporting capabilities.
11 July 2003	A new installation has been uploaded with added support for users who already have InterBase loaded on their PCs.
25 June 2003	UCAP build v113 released. A new installation has been uploaded with support for more industries. The installation now loads Hot Keys, context sensitive Screen Colours and Paragraphs for your selected industry. The eMail Robot capabilities have been extended with more capabilities. 22 May 2003	UCAP Installation now auto-configures for even more Industries when installed.
21 May 2003	Improved installation programs are now available. UCAP build v307 released. Improvements have also been made to the Recurrency module (features) and the Edit wizard. Work has commenced on the "Unsubscribe eMail Robot". This robot automates bulk "Unsubscribe" being returned by recipients of UCAPs eMail robot. Process thousands of eMail "Unsubscribe" in one pass. (One client sends 15,000 eMails at a time. He received 1000 "Unsubscribe"). We hope to have this module out in June 2003
10 May 2003	May has been an exciting month for UCAP with the free one user version going to market. The feedback from the persons who have installed the free version has been excellent. Please contact us if you have any feedback for us. We will add this to our case study area.
1 May 2003	The UCAP web site tech support is being continually updated as feedback (and FAQs) is received. The UCAP exe and help files have been updated a few times to fix trivial anomalies.
