UCAP has an extensive documentation library spanning over 4500 pages to suit beginner, expert and administrator users.

Documentation is provided in the form of Windows help files that you may run at your PC or in Web (html) format (constantly updated) at www.ucap.biz.

UCAP for Dummies	On_Line	The How To guide for the beginner user, introducing basic concepts and solutions. Designed primarily for beginner users. Checklists guide you through the required steps
UCAP Video Tours	On-Line	Videos take you step-by-step through UCAP's day to day activities.

User Reference	On-Line	Provides end user on-line help and references for use during the user's session. Not a how-to manual.
Back-Office Reference	On-Line	Provides UCAP administrators, database and reporting design persons with references to support the UCAP architecture. Not a how-to manual.
Installation Guide	On-Line	Guides the UCAP Administrator through the following stages of implementation: Requirements, Hardware, Software, Installation Schedule, Server setup, Workstation setup, Maintenance, Backup, Update, Logon Scripts.
Reports Manual	On-Line	Provides all information about reporting from the UCAP database.
